I ate over on a couple of fasts (and have again today 540) but have been told that the exercise doesn't even things out.

However it does amaze me on myfitnesspal how much a bit of exercise effects things.

Oh no! You mean I'm going to have to have 3 fast days this week? Aaaargh!

I wouldn't worry about doing another fast- you've still got a massive deficiency by eating 650.

Yay! You're right, no point in ruining my life over it!

I'm new to this, been doing it 2 weeks. I did overeat by about 120 cals last Thursday.
Do people bother doing another fast? What's the theory on it?
I lost 3lbs the first week and then stayed the same this week (pretty pleased to stay the same after a horrendous weekend involving wine, pizza, curry and a fecking Krispy Kreme!).

What is your TDEE?
if 650 calories is near enough 25% of your TDEE you've still had a good fast day
relax and plan for the next one

It's 2107. Think I'll just carry on as if it was OK and make sure I don't eat roast pork on a fast day again!
