Started last week and fasted Tues/Thurs. Already crave sweet things less. Is that normal or in head. A non fast today and dh has cooked a yummy pasta bake. I would always have seconds but don't feel I need that today. All in my mind or can 5/2 work that quickly reprogramming body?
