If your wondering wheather to try it, go for it. i have never dieted before, and have never missed a meal in my life, so never thought i could do it, borrowed the book from a friend, read it, thought well i can't do that, woke up 3 days later, and said i am going to try it, just had a cup of tea for breakfast with water till lunch time then had cereal then evening meal fish and salad, feel great, got another 5 kilos to go.
