Coil removal

Hi

I started my last period on 4th august and had the copper coil removed on 13th august to start ttc.
Since then I have not had any bleeding/period at all. While I had the coil I was having a period every 3 weeks. It has now been 4 weeks since my last period and a pregnancy test on 30th Aug was negative.
I have had a slight period like pain for a few days and my boobs are sore.
Has anyone els had this sort of thing after coil removal? I just want a period so we can get on with ttc, it's driving me nuts!
