Pain during intercourse could it be mirena related ? (TMI)

I've had lots of problems with the mirena I have in just now (I've had it previously with no problems)

The most recent it pain during sex . I'd say it more a pressure than pain but it is still painful iykwim ? It also sometimes travels up to behind my belly button .

Here's the tmi - id describe it as though there's already something in there and there's no room for dh to get in ! It reminds me of how it felt having sex whilst having a low lying placenta - but a lot worse .

I've had this mirena for 15 months but this has only been happening for about 3 or 4 . Could it be related ? Is this a common side effect ? I can't find my leaflet .
