I went for a smear today, and asked the nurse if everything looks ok down there, she said the muscles do look abit loose then asked if I had children!

She said I should do pelvic floor muscles which I never do! And said there is a clinic I can go to about it!

Now that's making me think it must be really bad! Has anyone else been told similar before? How embarrassing.

Any other tips to help it?
