Ovarian Cyst

I am so worried. I have only one ovary due to losing the other to a large cyst and have just found out that i have 6.7cm simple cyst on my remaining ovary. They want to watch it and see. I have no children yet, as my husband and i decided to wait until he had finished his study (how foolish do i feel now). I am so scared of loosing my last ovary and ending up on HRT. Does anyone have any experience at things that i can do to reduce this cyst or how likely it is to go on it's own? I don't live in the UK at the moment and just keep gettng told there is nothing i can do but wait...

There are different kinds of cysts, do you know what kind you have?

I would start doing lots and lots of research and if necessary come back to the UK for treatment.

It just the simple kind-fluid filled but big!
The medical care here (Germany) is very very good, i don't have problem with that, i just have no reassurance that these things go. I need to hear that someone else has has this and it resolved itself, i'm not hearing that and it scares me.

My other cyst that took my ovary 15 years ago was dermoid, i've had no other problems till now, now i'm trying for a baby, this happens devastated.
