no period

Hi there so here is my story, I had my son in march this year and we have decided to start 'trying' for baby number 2. As of today I am on day 45 since LMP started and 23 days since I ovulated. My cycles have been fairly irregular since birth anywhere from 30-40 days...I have done a number of hpts and all negative, plus pregnancy would be highly unlikely as last time we had sex (tmi) was 4/5 days before I ovulated (using the ov sticks)...so what else could a missed period mean?? When preggo with my son I had a cyst on my left ovary which eventually disappeared. I am not particularly stressed and no real life changes. Plus not really had many symptoms, mild cramps at times. As u can imagine am just desperate to know what could be going on in there...any experience of advice welcomed.

I am surprised your periods have returned at all regularly so soon to the birth of your first.
I'd suggest you go and talk to your GP.
