For making ds1 go to Gaelic Football in the pouring rain.

Everyone else is out there, says I.

I don't care! says he.

Out you go, says I.

He's over there now. I can see him from my window. The rest of them are out in it as well.

I was talking to another mum while in my car and she said her ds didn't want to go either.

I think it's a safe bet none of them want to be there.

grin

Yes, I saw the weather forcast, that's a nasty weather front coming over Ireland. Did you happen to see that London has a lovely high pressure over it keeping all that rain away to the north? [smug emoticon] It's been a gorgeous day today, I put a light coat on for the school run this afternoon, but it was so warm that I took it off and was just in a t-shirt.

I haven't cut grass in 6 weeks and it is long! Was gone for 2 of them though.

I collected him and he proclaimed:

I'M DYING!

He was quite soaked in all fairness.
