aibu to think the teachers could have reminded the children to go along as it was the first one (at least one other missed out). She was 7 only 2 weeks ago and this is the first week of term in year 3. She's upset and I'm angry cos we'll be charged regardless.

hmm think she was reminded before lunch after all but forgot during it by being slower to eat than others and getting distracted by a friend's wobbly teeth.

In year 3 they mostly have to remember for themselves - I suspect the reminder before lunch was possibly a one off and she won't get it in future. Pretty hard for teachers to remind children all through the day for all their different activities. I bet she remembers next week though smile!

No, school lunch. They were reminded twice before lunch but she somehow lost the plot! Seems she didn't realise she could jump the lunch queue either so ran late and lost touch with her friends who were going. Another child has been appointed as her buddy to remind her next week !

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
