Cellulite on stomach

I've lost a stone in the last 2 months and have been doing up to 200 sit ups a day for last 4 weeks. My stomach looks worse than ever Sad

No bikini for me this year. Help!

I would love to know the answer to his. I've heard it is the hardest thing to shift, even for quite hardcore runners and the like.

200 sit ups a day. Wow! Thanks letting me know it doesn't work! Wink

On the up side, it will be excellent for your back Smile

Sit ups only work a couple of muscles at the front of your tummy. I really like Winsor Pilates 20 minutes workout (it's on Youtube) it works out all the muscles around your core, not just the abs, and really pulls everything in. My tummy always feels a couple of inches smaller after I've done it.

You're welcome. Congratulations on your weight loss by the way! That's really impressive.

Have you tried dry body brushing to encourage your blood supply to your fat cells to carry them away? I do it and have noticable results and then forget for a few days and it all comes back It's supposed to stimulate your lymphatic system so maybe you could try that, plus drink a lot of water to help flush the toxins away.
