Exactly that really - just starting level 4 ri30 and looking for the next challenge any tips?

I could do with losing a few pounds but less than half a stone to unearth ky stomach muscles and didnt find level 3 of ri30 too challenging really.

Btw I am not actually expecting just too lazy to change name.

I've switched tracks from JM and have started the New Rules of Lifting for Women (NRoL) here. I got partway through the programme a few years ago and I really enjoy lifting heavy weights. I also found that although I didn't lose loads of weight I looked pretty great. But you either need adjustable heavy weights at home or to go to a gym. I've also just found the Lift Like a Girl website which has it's own programme but the same underlying principles as NRoL. Might not be your thing though, I know lots of people aren't that keen on heavy weights.

I have got No More Trouble Zones and Killer Buns plus Ripped and Shred. I just mix them up, do whichever I am in the mood for. I do one of them every other day, not every single day. I wish Jillian Michaels had been around 20 years ago, I would have saved a fortune in gym fees. Shred is still my favourite and I have worked out ways to make it harder for myself.

No More Trouble Zones is an utter bastard. If you can find 40 minutes to do the whole thing then I'm sure you'll notice the difference.

The other ones I have been enjoying recently are by Bob Harper. They are not for the faint hearted but they are excellent workouts. 'Bobs workout' (yes that is the name) is his shortest- two workouts of around 25 mins that you can do on their own or back to back. I also have Cardio Rev and Pure Strength, plus his yoga. They are all around an hour.

I like No More Trouble Zones too!

And of course with any of these, just keep moving up the weights to make it more challenging. I have weights ranging from 3kg to 7.5kg and swap round to make sure j am always working hard.

insanity or t25 are AMAZING, they got me from a size 16 to a size 12. XtrainFit DVDs are also good, but easier than the previous 2 I mentioned. I used it to get me fit enough to do insanity.
