Crop top/sports bra help

Hello

I need a crop top style top to wear for when doing sport as I need my stomach out.

Is a crop top and bra the same thing as when I search for a crop top it comes up with sports bras!
I want a crop top that I can wear a bra underneath if possible.
Any suggestions for where to look?

I like my cheap old USA Pro one from Sports Direct. About £12 I think, adjustable straps (I have high up boobs!) and those foam pad things in seem to give a bit of support. You could probably get a normal bra under but obviously a sports bra would show underneath.

Tbh I'm pretty flat chested so I just wear the top for most exercise. If I'm running I wear a sports bra with a very light top over.

How much support you need depends on how high impact your sport and big your chest! Sporty crop tops are usually light-medium support.

Crop tops seem to be sports bras for minimum support. The ones I have seen all tend to have racer backs so a normal bra can be seen through.
Adidas and Nike have some beautiful bright coloured ones at the moment.

Only any good for me when standing still unfortunately
