Hi everyone, just posting to ask,if anyone has any tips. I have been failing to maintain any exercise regime due to knee injury and exhaustion. I have just had bloods done and been given a 3 month course of iron tablets. What is good to aim for if I am going to keep up a 3x per week exercise regime?
