Ds2 was born 15 weeks ago. I had a lot of weight to lose and dropped 3 stone with about another 1 to go. I have also got back into running, doing distances of 5 to 10k 3 times a week.
Everywhere is looking trimmer and tighter apart from my belly sag! I've been doing sit ups. what else can I do!?
