I started work again after my maternity leave. DD2 is 6 months old and DS1 is 3 yo. When I finally get home, sort out dinner, bedtimes etc I am not left with much energy to exercise. Yet the baby (cake etc!) flab is still here to stay and I feel I should be trying to incorporate some exercise in my day. Could you please recommend a Pilates DVD that is gentle enough not to put me off when all I want to do is sleep and that can help a bit to tone up?
