Having recently graduated from c25k, and now using Hal Higdon to get to 10k, I've suddenly realised that I just might be a runner!
But what brought me to this conclusion? The dog and I have had a few milestones, in no particular order......
The first time I dared to run in daylight.
The first time I left the house clad in Lycra but without a HUGE tshirt.
The first Park run.
The time I ran past the high school at 3pm, just as they were all coming out. And I didn't care.
The first time it seemed easy. The 5km PB.
And lastly, tonight, when I finally managed to overtake the dog!!!!
So, when did you first realise that you just might be a runner?
