dd work place making her life hell, what can she do?

she is looking for an other job but they making her life hell

shes works in an office is the office supervicer of a small firm, but they just finding every little fauly with her to give warning, or trying to get her to leave( they want the old girl who left to travel the world back whos boss best freind). what can she do? she does not want sack or her name made black as shes an hard worker whos never off sick, does most jobs her self instead of other staff as she treat them right, she like the respecy she gets back from them.

doh, meant to add that she should keep a record of it all, if they do sack her she may have a case for unfair dismissal, and she could contact ACAS for advice
