Reasonable Adjustments Timeframe

Hi

What is the time frame for employers to respond after receiving a medical report on an employee with mental health issues.

DH saw psychiatrist at the request of his employers following a period of sick leave with depression.

Psychiatrist says he is able to return to work on a phased basis with no specific adjustments being made. DH has put together a back to work time table which he felt is achievable to which the psychiatrist agreed to.

Employers have had the report for two weeks with no word.

Any assistance as to what the next steps should be legally and advice as to what can be done would be very much appreciated.
