I would appreciate advice please. I currently work 2 days a week, under a flexible working request which is reviewed annually in September. So in Sept 2012 this was agreed for another year. Now, as a result of a restructure, I am applying for my downgraded job and have requested to remain on 2 days. However, it's looking unlikely that this will be approved and they'll want me to work 2.5 or 3 days. Surely if they have agreed to 2 days for another year they can't then change that as a result of the restructure? Where do I stand? TIA
