I need to come up with a 30/60/90 day plan

It's for an internal job interview. 4 teams are merging into one large team . I am an outsider of the teams who are merging I know a few of the people involved in the change to chat to but don't know them well. I work for a large organisation. In the interview they are testing my leadership skills.
It's a huge leap for me hence the panic.
I was going to say for the first 30 days it's info gathering, getting to know people , 60 days its then analysis, then strategise, then programme, 90 days it's
then action.
Any help gratefully received
