possible billingual school

HI, I have been a lurker on these boards for a long time and only joined a few months ago, I have responded to a few threads but thats about it.
Anyway the purpose of this thread is that I am looking into setting up a french/english billingual primary school somewhere in between Newmarket and Cambridge. I would like to see if there would be any interest from mumsnetters in relation to this idea and whether you would consider sending your child to a school such as this?
