what are the best state primary schools in oxfordshire?/

Hi there. we are moving to oxfordshire in the next year or so. My ds's are just a baby and toddler at the moment but obviously we'd like to live somewhere with decent schools for them when the time comes.

My dh works in central oxford. I'm not working at moment but might like to return to work in london at some point so somewhere on a trainline not too enormous commute to paddington would be great (though not the be all and end all).

Does anyone have any ideas on good places to investigate living?
