Parent/Teacher meeting - what to ask?

For some reason, dd's reception class has not had any parent/teacher meetings, and as far as I'm aware, there are none planned. The teacher is quite happy to meet with parents individually upon request. I have asked for a meeting, and am due to see the teacher on Thursday. Would appreciate suggestions as to which questions would lead to a useful and informative session. Thanks for your help.

Is she mixing well?
Does she listen? (she does there apparently, not at home she doesn't)
Is she fairly well behaved?
Is there anything I need to be concerned about or specifically need to discuss with her?
When will she start bringing books home?
