grrr, bloody post office just chucked my parcels in the bin, I think..

3 items posted 1st class on the 15th May. not one has arrived. 3 angry buyers sending me stroppy messages - I've asked them to wait until 27th, as PO don't consider an iten 'lost' until after 14 days. I'll have to refund, meaning £20 out of pocket, I have proof of posting but God knows how long that will take and even if I'll be refunded. And last time this happenend I got a neutral from the buyer even after refund! will probably get 3 neuts or negs however much I try to pacify the buyers, as the gloves are off since the feedback rules changed...Can't believe all three went missing, I guess a PO worker either binned them so they didn't have to bother posting, or thought they'd help themselves to what was inside.

i've had 2 parcels go missing which i definately sent,had proof of postage too, ended up giving refunds.

but also DH ordered some shoes for work from one of the shops,and they never turned up.
not funny from either end.
but i still e-bay stuff.
