I want to leave neg feedback for a buyer

I've never sold on ebay before, and have just gone to leave feedback for my buyer, but can only leave positive. They were late paying, didn't contact me at all even though i'd asked her to when she received the tickets to let me know they'd arrived etc, and hasn't left me any feedback at all even though I did everything I said I would, at the times I stated, and kept her updated all the time with tracking numbers etc.

What do I do? leave pos feedback, but explain that actually she was shit?

I really don't know - the system for feedback has only just changed so that you cannot leave neutral or negative feedback for a buyer. It's silly - I think you should at least be able to leav neutral.
To be honest, as she hasn't left you feedback, I wouldn't bother leaving any, and add her to your blocked bidders list so she can't buy from you again.

How do I do that? Not really a big ebay user & haven't found that option, albeit after only a very cursory look.

I always go to 'help' (top right hand corner) and type in 'block bidders' and it comes up as one of the option.

her part of the contract is to pay - which she did. So unless the payment bounced, I don't really see what the problem was. Also, why does it matter to you if she doesn't tell you the item arrived ? if it didn't arrive, I'm sure she'd have contacted you.

Why leave neutral & why would you want to block her ?

I agree with mojomummy. I buy on ebay (mostly on Sunday) pay immediately, and rarely leave feedback or if I do it's when I can be bothered and do about ten at once so maybe every couple of months. And because I only go on there once every few weeks I certainly never say when something has arrived or keep the seller updated.

Unless the buyer has paid outside the times you stated in the listing or past the ebay rules you have nothing to complain about.
