never heard a peep

suddenyl buyer is saying where are they>??? all snotty.

Everything else arrived and has fab feedback.

Surely two parcels wouldnt go missing....have the feeling the person is at it they only have 27 feedback.

What should I do thanks!

Instant refund? Seems odd to me buyer should have got them bearly 4 weeks ago!!! seems a long time to leave it with no contact!

Did you get a certificate of postage? Check out what else they have been buying out of interest. Offer to check with Royal Mail, ask them to reconfirm address. Ask for their phone number 'for the RM form' (I find this question often intimidates fraudsters). Remind them to check sheds etc.

No to instant refund!

Ask them to check with neighbours and their local sorting sorting office. Tell them you will put a claim in with the Royal Mail and that they will receive a form to confirm and sign from the Royal mail - this sometimes makes them think twice if they are trying to pull a fast one.
If they still insist that it hasn't arrived and you didn't send by trackable means then I'm afraid you would need to refund as a paypal dispute would only lead to a refund anyway.
Always worth sending rec del - if only to put off those buyers who know when they receive items posted standard post that they can claim non-receipt and get a refund.

If you accept paypal you are supposed to use a traceable delivery service ie recorded delivery. Charge extra for this in your P&P next time.

V annoying though, I agree.
