...to receive an item?
I won a second chance offer ( it was genuine) and responded on Sat 22nd March. I posted cheque - seller didn't accept pay pal - on the same day. Since then, cheque not been cashed - to date, 12 working days have passed.
I have contacted the seller three times to ask for confirmation of receiving cheque and have had no response. What should I do next? The item was a dress I wanted for a wedding which is next week and am anxious I will not receive it in time. Am I being impatient or reasonable?
Would appreciate any advice -am a bit of an ebay virgin!

I could cry. Appears have been ripped off. My cheque paid out on 28th March and as item not been received think its safe to assume I have been mugged off! £59 I will never see again. What now???

it could still be on its way, don't panic yet! give it a couple more days, apart from that i'm not sure what to do-open a dispute i think.

Did the seller have high feedback?

I would send her another e-mail asking for proof of postage, if you can phone her and ask her whats going on.

I never buy anything by check, at least with paypal you can get your money back.

Goodluck
