Help!!! Buyer no longer registered user.

Buyer bought a BIN from me on Thurs. Paid immediately by Paypal. Asked me to post to different address to the Ebay postal address but it was the Paypal address. Ummmed and arrrred that day but didn't get to post office anyway. Later that day customer's showing as "No longer registered user". In order details shows account suspended.
Payment's still showing in my Paypal acc. I emailed Ebay customer services but no reply. Don't want to email buyer as don't know if I'll be contacting somebody who's in the middle of a scam or something.
What shall I do???????????
