It's not my week with eBay :(
A couple of weeks ago on holiday I dropped my iPhone 5 in the pool on holiday and it stopped working completely.
When we got back I listed it on eBay as I saw there was a market for broken iPhones. In the listing/description it clearly says that it is not working and is for parts. I also put in the description that it is water damaged and will not turn on.
It sold for £107. Just checked my eBay account and buyer has given me neg feedback saying 'I seriously been cheated by you selling me a scrap phone which cannot be used'. Arghh Angry

They won't be able to claim a refund if you listed it as not working.

Yep you were honest in listing use ebay mediation services to challenge the bad feedback. Hope this helps.

If you are certain that your listing was absolutely clear contact eBay via Live Chat and ask to have the feedback removed. They will look into it and if they think the comments made by the buyer were unfair they will remove it for you.

Also you can add a comment underneath the feedback.

I'm sure eBay will side with you on that one.

I've sold stuff for parts before. Most buyers are sensible enough to read the listing in full before such an expensive purchase!

i just got my one and only neg feedback removed by ringing eBay. I was amazed it was so easy but i guess it depends on the case
