I just bought a skip hop lunchbox on ebay. Well i haven't, I've bought a bad copy. The picture is l of Skip Hop animal lunchbox, however it doesn't mention skip hop in the description. I have sent a message complaining. Is the seller right because the item is not described as skip hop or wrong as the picture is skip hop and the item is not? If that makes any sense!!

It's a rubbish lunchbox compared to dd1's proper fox skip hop lunchbox.

clear case of not as described - you can open a case and leave appropriate feedback and stars. I guess they used a generic pic off the internet rather than a photo they took themselves - if so clearly misleading.

It's not as described.
And eBay/PayPal will side with you.

I bought a jacket for DS in spring, in the picture looked white, with black buttons, but it didn't say a colour in the description just something along the lines of " boys jacket size 6 only worn once so nearly new" and that was it.

When it came it was actually a pale pink colour with dark red buttons and it appears to be a women's size 6!

When I contacted the seller she said that she listed accurately and that her son loved it so she classed it as a boys coat.
And it was my fault that I assumed the colour, apparently I should have asked.

I filed a dispute and got a full refund after returning it.

Thanks. I'm a little bit annoyed at myself because I thought it seemed cheap and had noticed she didn't describe it as skip hop, but as the pictures were I thought it would be ok.

What a palava over a lunch box!

WeAreEternal - unbelievable that just because her son liked it she sold it as a boys coat. Really odd!

She's refunding. She said she didn't realise the items weren't the same! The items have now gone from her page.
