So tried to bid on some clothes for the dcs and was advised I wasn't able to as had two or more non paying strikes news to me!

Anyway had a look at the resolution centre and have had 3 in just over 12 months. All had been collection so paid in cash and I still have and use.

Called eBay and they have immediately agreed to reverse them so I think it is a common issue. although offering photos with today's newspaper may have helped
