First Ebay Problem - Quick Qu

Bought a dress from Ebay. It is exact same size\style\brand to two I already own in different colours (great for work). Arrived yesterday and I honestly think its shrunk in the wash before being sent. Held it up to the other 2 its about half the size and the material feels all hard like its been on a boil wash! Ordinarily I would think it was just me being a fat cow too big but I definately know its the dress as I have these other two.

Have messaged supplier a friendly message to explain. Heard nothing back yet but its only been a day. I am really worried she won't believe me and think I am one of those crazy buyers... Also I know I have to pay to return which is fine but will I get original cost and p and p back?

yes you will get all your money back - but the seller can't be forced to pay return postage

if you open a dispute, in the resolution part tick the box marked 'other' and write in next to it 'refund' once escalated ebay should refund you from their own coffers without you needing to return

the seller may refund without you needing to return, but that is unlikely. how much was it? You can of course leave appropriate feedback and stars if the seller is unco-operative

Well I am giving the benefit of the doubt. I have a feeling the dress has been left somewhere for a while as had faint musty smell so may be a case they just sent it without inspection. I know about return costs just wondered about original p and p. It was about £5 without p&p so prob not worth it, just irritating.

If the seller doesn't reply open a case and do as I advised above then you won't need to send it back.
