I bought a BN buggy last week from a business seller. The description led me to believe that there was a second seat included in the listing but when I received it only the main buggy was in the box.
I emailed the seller asking when I'd receive the second seat. After 24hrs and no reply I opened a 'not as described' case, at which point the seller replied telling me the listing was just for the buggy and this was, in their opinion, obvious from their description - there are at least four sentences in the description that made me believe the second seat was included. They offered to sell me the extra seat for £85 or return for a full refund so I asked to return it and who would be responsible for the return costs.
Haven't heard from them again (24hrs ago).
I'm sure I'm just being impatient but I'd really like to just get rid of it now and have my money back.
Can ebay give me their return address? Should I escalate the case and do I have to wait to do this?
