It's ds1's Christmas present Sad

I've sent a message to the seller, just a polite one saying hope everything's ok, but it's almost a week and no notice of dispatch or anything, any chance of letting me know what's occurring.

That has been ignored.

Some of their feedback is a bit iffy but more stuff not as described rather than just not being sent. Though tbh I'm kinda crapping myself about it not being as described now as it's cost almost £30 that I can't afford to lose.

Is there anything I can do? When do I contact ebay for help?

I normally wait a week before contacting a seller - but I guess it depends what dispatch time is on the listing - what does it say regarding working days and also what delivery method?

Thanks fergoose. It's 2nd class standard and estimated for the 10th so it's not late. I guess I judge people on my standards and I always post parcels within 3 days of receiving payment. That and I'm a bit stressed because if it's not right it doesn't give me much time to get things sorted before Christmas.
Just seems a bit rude to ignore your buyers!

No I agree - and radio silence from the seller is annoying

How soon does it say for dispatch? You would hope it was on its way by now if due on the 10th?

Dispatch says within 4 working days of receiving cleared payment, which I guess is today. Hopefully they've posted it and just omitted to say so. Will continue to be nervous until it arrives though! Thank you.

I agree - hopefully today. Rubbish comms though - doesn't take a second to tell you dispatched or say when they will send it if delayed.
