Hi There.

Need some ebay advice; if people have had any problems with returns and can give me a hand that would be fab!
I ordered some new winter boots, received them and they weren't as described, sent them back 2 days later....It's now been 2 months, i have messaged the ebayer asking for refund, contacted ebay asking for help and so far not a damn thing. If someone can help as to what to do next that would be great cause id prefer that 20 quid in my bank not some nob head on ebay.

Did you send them recorded?

Yep, time to get back in touch with ebay. Presumably you've logged onto the royal mail site and you know she's got it back?

Raise a case before, and you'll get your money back. There is a time limit though.

Have you checked on line, have they been delivered?

Get back on to ebay and open a dispute asap.

too late if it is 2 months. All you can do is tell the seller to refund you or you will take them to small claims court. You only have 45 days from payment to raise a claim.

Thanks all, I asked for a friend.

I have sent her a link to the thread...maybe we'll get a new member :)

Ebay haven't been messaging her back.

messaging who back? She may have time to leave bad feedback still, or if paid with credit card or bank verified by visa could do a chargeback to get a refund
