Sending multiple parcels to same destination, Myhermes

Their help pages say it's a drop down option on "the order page". I am pulling my hair out because I cannot find any such drop down option anywhere on what I think must be "the order page."

What am I missing? What text do I search for or is the option near on "the order page"?
