Can I report them

A while ago I bought what I thought were actual Tech Decks off ebay.

They said Tech decks in the title.

When they arrived they were not actual tech decks. Anyway I decided to keep them and just left negative feedback because it would not be worth the return postage.

The seller offered me a refund which I declined because I decided to keep the item.

They have since sent me 5 messages asking me to revise my feedback. I have declined politely explaining that because they falsely advertised the item I was not willing to revise my feedback.

They have sent me another message again asking me to revise.

Can I report them to ebay for constantly asking me this.

How many times can anyone possibly say no to the same question.

Even DS doesn't pester me like this.
