I bought an iPhone for my daughter for Christmas, it arrived with a broken screen, also the case is broken. Seller says phone is fine, no breaks but will refund.
What do I do...
- ask for refund before returning
- return and hope I get a refund
I have tried to use ebay chat, but it is unavailable
I am worried that I won't get the money back (£295), seller is not very communicative, doesn't give me a lot of faith, especially as I asked if the screen was marked scratched and didn't get an answer.
