Ebay "sell similar item" help

I've received a sarky message today from someone who already sold a similar article to me.

I used the "sell similar article" link to sell my version of her thing and the exact same title/location came up - all automatically filled out on the listings form. I didn't change this.

I copied and pasted her main text - but changed/added what was not relavent to mine. Some of the general - it would be great for xyz I left.

So anyway - she's now messaged me to say I've stolen her text!

I have not replied, but worked on my listing to change the main body text - but I can;t change the header - this was the automatically filled out bit.

She is not currently selling a same/similar article.

Am I in the wrong? Or as Ebay offers the "sell similar" and auto fills the form, is she just being ansty?

Sorry meant to ask - should I reply to her saying I used the "sell similar" link - or not engage with her?

No, you aren't allowed to use their text or photos

As you copied and pasted her text, it wasn't actually copied over by ebay was it? I would delete it and write your own if I were you

I usually copy and paste and add/delete bits and change the order.

I have changed the text in the body - and used my own photos - but the heading/listing title was copied verbatim by ebay - and I can't change that as someone has already bid on the item.
