husbands filed for divorce and not living at home

Since 12th June.is it ok to pack his things?

You can pack them but if he is on the mortgage and deeds of the house then he has a right to store them there until divorce and financials are settled.

Thanks that's ok I just want to make my bedroom my own I think it'll help me move on and accept things are over.I'm not intending to damage his things and not doing it out of anger just the opposite.

What if I find things that are joint? I found some nice cutlery he'd had delivered in January should I let him keep it? He's never mentioned them that I can recall.

If you've not noticed it before, you're unlikely to miss it if he keeps it. Plus, you can treat yourself to a lovely set of your own that YOU chose, once you've got him gone!

It's fine to pack and store it for now - there's no law that says you can't move furniture etc around in your own home!
