Help me please

I have had a really turbulent marriage with husband not being a husband but despite this, suggesting that he is wonderful and perfect. He has done a lot of negative things towards me yet denies all of them. We have a young baby daughter and now he says he wants to end things and have more access to her. We no longer live together and he sees her once a week. I'm petrified that he will take her. He is threatening me with the courts. What should I do? Anyone else had this? How much access is appropriate?

I can't help much except to say that, most importantly, you should not respond or be taken in by any threats. You obviously needs to talk to someone regarding your rights instead of simply believing what he says.
Are you receiving maintenance for your daughter? The sooner the better as it can't be backdated. This is based on a fixed percentage of his gross income and is dependant on how much access he has. (There are online calculators)
As for threatening with the courts? what does that mean exactly? New laws were passed this year stating that you have to try mediation before going to court in a divorce.
I would make an appointment with a divorce solicitor - quite often you van get the first one free. Before that, read up as much as possible on the internet on what happens, your rights etc.
