I have recently separate and want a divorce. Everything is reasonably amicable at the moment.
I have two Ds's 11 and 14. I am happy to do the paper work myself. My question is how do I apply for help with the court fee. I am currently on JSA and child tax credits.
I also need to put unreasonable behaviour, how many examples did you use ?
Can I put he was lazy and didn't do enough round the house ?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, if you're in receipt of certain benefits and/or on a low income you can apply for fee remission or exemption. I can never remember the name of the form but it's something like EX160. Have a look at the Courts Service website on the forms page and it'll come up.

Thank you I will have a look for it now. I couldn't find the right form but thought I had seen it.
