Does anybody know how much it costs roughly to go to court if you can't agree on finances?

It depends on your case, how much is involved and if you represent yourself.

All the way to a final hearing can cost tens of thousands of pounds.

Thank you. Already have decree nicsi but solicitor advised not to apply for absolute until finances sorted which could take months. No idea what to do. Just want it sorted.

Hi,
It is standard advice to say to wait til finances are sorted to apply for Decree Absolute, but you certainly don't have to. My X was being a complete dick about finances so ai applied for DA because I REALLY wanted to be divorced from him. Now we are working on the finance side without the pressure. Do what is right for you. Good luck!

Some judges won't allow the absolute these days until finances are sorted.
