Separated husband living with new famil

My husband moved in with his new 'family' whilst i was in Australia in July after moving out of our marital home in december last year, so we have been living apart for 9 months, although only been officially separated since April this year(by which i mean, no physical contact), he now says he is starting divorce proceedings, any advice would be greatly appreciated, btw we have been married 23 years........

My exh moved in with his new family about 5 weeks after we separated! Anyway, we haven't started divorce proceedings although I have spoken to a solicitor for free advice over the phone. I would try and get free advice first. My head was spinning after my 45 min phone call. There are so many different things to consider, it really is a minefield! Good luck.
