Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. I left my partner almost 3 years ago this summer and it has been hell ever since. He has no interest in our son other than to get at me. I have a harrassment order against him now restricting him getting to me. We had mediation which he used as a bullying tactic and when his behaviour became more eratic last year I stopped contact between him and my son until it could be settled in court.
Unfortunatley I was completly unprepared for what would happen in court - I was let down by KAFKASS (they showed up at the end) and my solicitor and had an awful 'judge'! I cannot afford for a solicitor again (i have only just paid back the £2900 it cost me last time). He wants to take me back to court (he received legal aid) and I really need some guidance from someone who has had to represent themselves before?
