Does she even get to know about it ?

If you name her in the Petition she has to be served with a copy. If your ex is prepared to admit the adultery I see little point in bringing her into it.

I don't know what difference it would make, and I've been told its very difficult to prove unless they both admit it.

I have emails from both admitting it, so she gets served ? That'll do.

She can always screw up or delay the divorce by simply doing nothing.

Apparently it costs thousands that can't be recovered so not worth it.

I assume all the above relates to grounds of adultery?

I have always wondered, if an inappropriate relationship with OW is mentioned in the free text box on an "unreasonable behaviour" petition, is it also theoretically/technically possible to add her as co-respondent? Or is that only possible for an adultery petition?

Not intending to do this, mind, but just wondering.

He will and has admitted adultery so it was about making her squirm but there are other ways to do that which cost significantly less.

Yeh my xdh's slut held things up monumentally becaused I named her and she did it on purpose to wind me up. Also they were in no hurry as the value of the marital home was increasing by the month at the time. 15 years ago...

However, I wanted her named for the sake of the children understanding what happened when they were old enough to understand iyswim.

In my case she is desperate to put it all behind her, thinks DH is the most manipulative, self centred person she's ever met lol
She's fucking a married man, lying next to him as he bullshits me to cover up for them and thinks she's dealing with a decent human being ? What a twat. I think the penny's dropped now though and I'd rather spend £10,000 having a holiday
