divorce through legal aid < do you still have any costs? Collaborate any help?

As above, im on income support and applying for court fee to be waived but just got letter from solicitor estimating my case to be £800.

My ex has no money or property to get costs back from him and i though as long as pretty straightforward acse i would get most fees paid as we have no money/property issues its just getting him to agree to regualr set contact

Under the "statutory charge" you may at some point in the future have to repay your legal fees. Have a look at the explanation on the LSC website, and look at the letters your solicitor sent you in the early days, there should be mention of it in one of them.

The letter from my solicitor doesnt make it clear at all so will look on lsc website, thank you collaborate for your help much appreciated
