CSA - Taking Ex to Court - How Long will this take???

In August I got a letter from CSA asking me to complete a form so they could take ex to court for oustanding £5k this has only taken 5 years to get this far!!

My ex has worked full time (off the books) since I left 5 years ago! For the first 3 and half years he was signing on so they wouldn't do anything! 18 months ago he moved his girlfriend in and married her last week!

Now I have hounded CSA weekly given details of where he works along with photo proof, reported him and company he works for to tax office etc (to date nothing has happened)

My question is how l

How long will a CSA court case take? And will his new wife's income be taken into account now?

Not sure about length of time to get to court, but his wife's income won't be taken into account.
