SKY and topcashback and intro a friend

I have a friend who wants to join sky after cancelling a few years ago. She told me there is an intro a friend offer where we both get £65. So I looked online and the offer is there, along with one on SKY website which offers 6 months line rental half price at £10.50. Then I looked on topcashback and there is an offer of £121 cashback and I was wondering if anyone can tell me if I can combine all these offers at all?

If we go through topcashback I assume we do not get the tesco vouchers or the half price line rental?? Is is one or the other? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
